"il y a quelques fonctions native de php (si tu n'a pas accès au serveur) " Si justement j'ai accès à toutes les parties du serveur y compris celui chez Kimsufi (dédié)

Rien à faire, installée en local toujours impossible de créer un membre, de plus le thème par défaut est complètement en vrac des blocs à droite (alors qu'ils sont à gauche il me semble) et le centre s'affiche au niveau du dessous du dernier bloc mais c'est pas ça qui est important.
